From October through March, Tubular Tubing & Outdoor Adventures in Rosman, NC offers friendly, beginner-welcome axe throwing in our covered and heated seasonal throwing area. It's great for dates, family outings, friendly competition, group events, or simply an excuse to try something new.
Never Thrown an Axe Before? No Problem.
You don't need any previous axe-throwing experience to join the fun. Before you start, our staff will walk you through the safety rules, teach you the basics, and help you get comfortable throwing.
Then it's time to throw. Grab friends or family, keep score, and see who can land the bullseye.

Kids Can Join the Fun Too
A family outing shouldn't mean younger kids have to sit on the sidelines. We've created separate options so families with different ages can enjoy the experience together.
Children Under 12
Kids use smaller, lighter kid-friendly axes designed specifically for younger guests. These are separate from our standard adult axes.

Walk-ins welcome
Stop by during regular daytime hours without a reservation. Throwing is available on a first-come basis, subject to current availability.
5 PM – 9 PM
Reservations only
Want to throw in the evening? Axe throwing between 5 PM and 9 PM is available by advance reservation only. Please reserve before arriving. Walk-ins are not available after 5 PM.

Half-day waterfall tours are $75 per person with a two-person minimum. Full-day tours are $150 per person with a two-person minimum. For groups larger than four, every guest after the fourth receives 20% off the regular rate.

Yes. Your reservation is a private tour for your group. You will not be combined with unrelated guests.
